I am originally from DC, and hightailed it to NYC the first chance I could to race towards bigger and brighter things. Little did I know that the biggest and brightest thing (aka my partner Cody) would be found right back where I came from and through a wacky turn of events we ended up in Denver in winter of 2021.
I fell in love with indoor cycling all due to a spunky blonde lady who saw right through my carefully curated veneer and challenged me to dig deeper, both physically and emotionally - and 5 years of teaching later here we are!
When not working out you can find me with my nose in a book, casting spells in my witchcraft solarium, drinking a light bodied Gamay or scouring airline miles deals whilst plotting my next international adventure.
