  • We do! Safety is a top priority for us and clipping in is a critical component of that. Our bikes are SPD and Look Delta compatible.

    Shoes are are included for all riders with your reservation.

  • You must bring your own mat for any class that has a mat portion to it. We have some available in the studio but not enough for everyone so please bring your own mat with you!

  • This class is a 25 minute cycling portion of class with 25 minutes of mat barre/pilates/strength fusion. Please bring your own mat!

    1. A radically intentional ride

      We expect a certain hyper intimidating experience when we enter a cycling studio and Ritual exists to be the antithesis of that. We created a curated a warm, art-forward space as a welcome invitation to stop and stay a while. Our instructors choose language & movements that are sustainable for both the body and the mind. We are living in a new world of how we view, speak to, and move our bodies — it’s time that indoor cycling join in.

      From our hyper-inclusive pricing model to how we treat our team, we lean into abundance first. The fitness industry has thrived on fear-based, scarcity tactics for too long and Ritual is focused on standing in our core values as our truth and leaning into generosity as a lifestyle.

    3. A focus on community

      Community is the lifeblood of humanity and we firmly believe that the energy exchanged at Ritual transcends past the walls to create the kind of consciously connected world we want to live in.

  • Members who cancel within 12 hours of the class start will be charged a late cancel fee of $15. Members who do not cancel and do not show to a class will be charged $20. Riders who late cancel/no-show that booked with a credit will lose that class credit.

    Riders who book via Align / F45 Membership credits will lose a credit and be charged a fee.

    • if a class is canceled, email is our primary form of communication and we will do everything in our power to communicate a cancelation 12 hours ahead of class start time.

    • if we see weather on the way or another reason we may have to cancel class, we will email you ~18-24 hours ahead of class as a warning.

    • if we decide to cancel class, we will email you 12 hours before the class. please check your email on file before heading to the studio!

    • if an emergency, and less than 12 hours in advance of class, we will text you if we have your number on file.

    • we will post to our instagram stories if a class is canceled due to weather.

    • if a class is still planned and you cannot make it due to weather, please email us and we will waive any fees.

  • We do not take FSA/HSA cards directly but we have partnered with Dr. B for you to be reimbursed by your HSA/FSA provider!

    All it takes is a $15 consult (no video required) through Dr. B and then you submit your receipts from Ritual with any other required information to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement!

  • We sell Boxed Water for $3 and also have a bottle filling station available.

  • We have a single, private shower room with very limited availability. It is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We do not supply bath towels.

    We also provide body wipes, deodorant, and dry shampoo among other amenities in our two restrooms.

  • Yes! We have an AED and advanced trauma first aid kit readily available.

    All of our Instructors are trained in CPR/AED and First Aid.

  • There’s plenty of free parking in front of the building!

  • Ritual has two gender neutral restrooms:

    One smaller and one ADA restroom. They are stocked with amenities like body wipes, dry shampoo, and deodorant spray.

  • Our front desk staff arrives well before the class starts and our instructors spend hours preparing for class. If every person in class late cancels or no-shows, we still have to pay our people properly for their time. Additionally, we may have a class that is sold out or nearly full and couldn’t fill that spot in time.

  • Due to limited spots, this class format is limited to paying, direct-book riders only (class packs, members, recurring class pack). You will not be able to book in if you are on Classpass or using a partnership studio membership.

  • RITUAL and it’s partnership studios do not receive any compensation for these drop-ins. It’s a mutual agreement that we do not make any money on this. Therefore, if you are booked into a class and the drop-in is worth $0, we do need to still pay our instructors and staff for their time.

  • Log into your account > Navigate to Personal Information > Scroll to “Payment Methods”. Remove the old payment method to ensure the system charges the card you would prefer.
