We invest directly in our Instructors from day one so that they can invest in you. And that starts from the moment our team members begin training with us. While most studios charge instructor trainees for their training programs and treat them as a revenue stream, we choose to pay our instructors while they’re training with us. 

Many studios spend one or two weekends for instructor training. Our instructors spend up to 3-months training with us through a process of hands-on experience, self-exploration, and both rhythm and performance-based coaching. 

Our investment continues once our Instructors graduate training. We are proud to compensate them up to 30% higher than other cycling studios in Denver. These higher pay rates ensure that we are properly valuing the multiple hours of preparation and execution (and their talent!) it takes to bring a premium product to our customers. Our instructors are employees, not contractors. This puts a little more money in their pocket and ensures that we can offer additional employee benefits. By ensuring our employees are taken care of, they can focus on delivering the best experience possible.
