I'm originally from Kansas City but have called Denver home for 16 years. Fitness, particularly indoor cycling, has been my sanctuary for the past six years. I believe this fitness modality can provide an incredible physical experience and a deep form of mental and emotional healing. It brings forth connection and energy like nothing else I've known. My passion is helping others find their joy, confidence, and self-love through meaningful movement, and I'm so grateful to experience this at Ritual! <3
