Live life out of your comfort zone. Being comfortable is overrated.

I am a California girl who pursued her childhood dream of becoming a marine mammal trainer. Over the course of six years in the field,  I worked in both California and Alaska with seals, sea lions, otters, and walrus. After leaving the field, I spent 2.5 years doing van life, which took me all around the US, allowed me to travel to new places out of the country, and ultimately landed me to settle here in Denver.

I found indoor cycling in 2018 when I was working as an animal trainer in California and instantly fell in love. As someone who grew up dancing and learning about classic rock from my dad, I always found connection to others through music. Riding a bike that goes nowhere to the beat of the music- I felt like this was made for me. Through my travels, finding a spin studio in whatever city or county we were in felt like home. Finding confidence on the bike has helped me gain confidence off the bike and out in the world.

When I am not on the bike you can find me rock climbing, adventuring with my sister and her dog Gus, watching F1, seeing a show at Red Rocks, searching for the best croissant in Denver, or mastering the perfect negroni recipe at home.
