Originally from the Northeast, I always dreamed of moving west to Colorado - and in 2023, that dream became a reality! I now call Colorado home with my husband and my dog-son, Blueberry. When I'm not on my yoga mat, you can usually find me hiking, camping, or dancing at house music shows (I'm actually writing this bio from a festival in Albania!).
Yoga has been my refuge for years and remains my favorite form of movement. Every time I practice, I'm reminded of what truly matters. I discovered Ritual during their very first week in January 2025 and immediately fell in love with the studio and community they created. I'm so excited and honored to share yoga with this incredible space, and I can't wait to flow with you!
