I was born in Germany but grew up in South Florida! I discovered Ritual back before the studio opened because one of my besties (Avery) is a founding instructor. I loved the look of the studio and the vibes of the community!!! After my first class I immediately signed up for a membership!!
I love group fitness, I’ve been an instructor, studio manager, and worked the front desk throughout the last 10 years and just truly love being able to create a special third space for people where they are recognized for how incredible they are and the effort and love they pour into themselves by staying active!
Outside of Ritual, you can find me hiking, snowboarding, and traveling around the world!
